J&rsquo;aime \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un espace d&rsquo;expression totalement libre qui permette au patient de donner naissance \u00e0 une parole entendue dans toute sa force et ses affects par le th\u00e9rapeute. D\u00e9livrer sa parole, c&rsquo;est parvenir \u00e0 mettre des mots sur ses difficult\u00e9s pr\u00e9sentes. C&rsquo;est aussi les mettre en lien avec son histoire pass\u00e9e &#8211; individuelle et familiale &#8211; pour leur donner du sens. Nos difficult\u00e9s ne sont jamais le fruit du hasard mais viennent de notre histoire. En racontant son histoire, peu \u00e0 peu le patient met du sens, se r\u00e9approprie sa vie, comprend d&rsquo;o\u00f9 viennent ses maux, son addiction, son anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, ou sa d\u00e9pression. Accepter et comprendre ses difficult\u00e9s c&rsquo;est enfin les d\u00e9passer. Et vivre pleinement.
